Ingredients

50 g unsalted butter

60 g sugar
200 g whole-wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
300 g berries you like ( I have cherry and blueberry)
30 g sugar
1 tbsp starch ( if you want)
1 tbsp sour cream

    Whisk melted butter, an egg, 60g sugar, sour cream

    • 200 g whole-wheat flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder

    Add flour and baking powder and make the dough

    Put the dough in a form and spread it as the first layer

    Put in oven for 10 min

    Mix berries with sugar and starch
