berries you like ( I have cherry and blueberry)

sugar
¼ tbsp
starch ( if you want)
¼ tbsp
sour cream
Step 1/ 6
- 12½ g unsalted butter
- ¼ egg
- 15 g sugar
- ¼ tbsp sour cream
Whisk melted butter, an egg, 60g sugar, sour cream
Step 2/ 6
- 50 g whole-wheat flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Add flour and baking powder and make the dough
Step 3/ 6
Put the dough in a form and spread it as the first layer
Step 4/ 6
Put in oven for 10 min
Step 5/ 6
Mix berries with sugar and starch
Step 6/ 6
Put the berries on top of the dough and put in the oven for 25-30 min 180C
