- 150 ml unsweetened rice coconut milk
- 1 tsp artificial sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
In a pot over medium heat put the milk together with the vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and stir slowly. I suggest to also add the sweetner or at least half of the tea spoon.
- 20 g blueberries (frozen)
- 30 g cherries
- 60 g raspberry, strawberry, berry
When the milk starts the first boil, remove from the fire and add the mix of berries. Mix it and let it rest.
- 100 g pomegranate seeds
- 100 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp low-fat soft cheese
- 10 g soya protein power
- 6 g chia seeds (ground)
In a large bowl ad the yogurt, the soft cheese, the protein powder and the Chía seeds together with half of the pomegranate (keep the rest for decoration or serving) and mixed all together. Yo can also add now half of the sweetner.
- 6 g goji berries (for serving)
One it's all done, add the milk with the berries, that you put previously as side. But not all at once, is better if it go little by little while you keep mixing. Add also the goji berries and the rest of the pomegranate on the topdorsserving and ready for it. I also suggest a bit of resting before you eat it.
