Separate the egg whites and egg york into two different bowls
Step 2/ 4
Whisk the egg white till it turns creamy
Step 3/ 4
Add in the egg york and fold it into the mixture evenly
Step 4/ 4
Add some oil into the frying pan and put it on medium heat. Pour the egg mixture in and flip the egg after the bottom has turn golden
