barbecue sauce (for coating)

- 1 kg Beef ribs
Keep to reach room temperature
Step 2/8

Trim silver skin
Step 3/8
- 2 tbsp salt (for dusting)
- 2⅔ tbsp brown sugar (for dusting)
- 2⅔ tbsp black peppercorns (for dusting)
- 3⅓ tbsp smoked paprika powder (for dusting)
- 2⅔ tbsp onion powder (for dusting)
- 2⅔ tbsp garlic powder (for dusting)
Prepare the rub

Rub your beef ribs all the way

Cover with wax and aluminum foil
Step 6/8
Cook on 200 C for 7 hours

- 166⅔ ml barbecue sauce (for coating)
Drown with the BBQ sauce
