Fry the Onion and Pancetta for 5 minutes.
Add the Beef Mince, and fry for a further 10 minutes.
Add the Bell Pepper, Chopped Tomato, Pasta Sauce and Beef Stock. Reduced to a moderate heat and leave to boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, bring the Spaghetti to a saucepan and boil on a moderate heat for 15 minutes.
