banana
80 g
rolled oats
2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tbsp
chia seed
500 ml
soy milk
20 g
creamy peanut butter
Step 1/3
- 1 banana
- 500 ml soy milk
Mash up the banana in a bowl and add the soy milk (or your preferred milk) and mix it together. Pour it in a small pan and let it cook on medium heat.
Step 2/3
- 80 g rolled oats
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seed
Mix the dry ingredients together and add it to the pan when the milk starts boiling, stir and let it simmer until it becomes a whole.
Step 3/3
- 20 g creamy peanut butter
When done, put the oatmeal in a bowl and add the peanut butter. And there you have it, my favourite breakfast ever! (To make it even more beautiful, add the other half of the banana and some extra chia seeds)
