"This is one of my favourite breakfasts, it’s quick and easy to make. I originally learnt this from my cousin and it has never failed to please the family during breakfast. Plus it’s cheap to make."

vanilla extract

    Peel and place the banana in a bow and with fork break and quash the banana until you’re left with a pace with only a few lumps if any.

    • 2 eggs (large)

    Break the eggs into the banana paste an whisk with the fork until mixed.

  • Step 3/6

    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 80 g rolled oats

    Add half the oats and mix then ad the other half. Once the oats are mixed with everything add the vanilla extract.

    Now heat up a pan to whatever medium heat is on your stove and add some coconut butter or olive oil.

    Now some of the mixture onto the pan slowly, add as much as you see fit without going overboard.

    Now, it won’t take long to cook so keep your eye on it, usually takes about 1 minute for each side, you’ll know when to flip the pancake when the edges seem more solid than the centre. After each side has cook for about a minute just place it on a plate, add syrup or anything you want and you’ll have some healthy delicious pancakes.
