natural yogurt

unsweetened almond milk

- 1 banana
- 1 tsp honey
Mash banana and mix with honey
Step 2/4
- 35 g rolled oats
- 78 ml unsweetened almond milk
Add oat and milk in, mix well
Step 3/4
Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds
Step 4/4
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
Add yoghurt and chia seeds on top with a little bit more milk
