Take your mug and mash the banana with a fork. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until it forms a smooth dough ( pieces of banana are normal)
Add the milk, sunflower oil and vanilla extract to the mixture. Mix until everything is absorbed.
Put the cup in the microwave. Set the microwave to 1000 watt for 2:30 minute or 800 watt for 3 minutes
Take the mug out of the microwave ( be careful it can be hot) Drizzle some maple syrup or some powdered sugar over it and enjoy!
