Cinnamon
½ pinch

coconut oil
125 g
Berries
tbsp
honey

    • 2 bananas
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • ½ tsp Cinnamon
    • ½ pinch salt
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 125 g Berries
    • tbsp honey
    • plate (optional)
    • whisk
    • nonstick pan

    Beat the eggs and combine with mashed bananas, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Heat coconut oil on medium heat in a non-stick pan. Add mixture and cook until firm, then flip. Top with berries and honey.
