bananas
eggs
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
250 g Berries
3 tbsp honey

    • 2 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 2 tbsp coconut oil
    • 250 g Berries
    • 3 tbsp honey
    • plate (optional)
    • whisk
    • nonstick pan

    Beat the eggs and combine with mashed bananas, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Heat coconut oil on medium heat in a non-stick pan. Add mixture and cook until firm, then flip. Top with berries and honey.
