"I was looking for a new recipe to make, something different about what i usually do, and it was the banana bread, i was surprised how satisfied to bake it, also it’s more than delicious, i baked it first time for group of friends who gathering together every weekend to watch Rupaul’s Drag Race, and all of them liked it, so it become one of my lovely recipe."

    In large bowl mix the dry ingredients and add the chopped nuts, you can replace the walnuts with chocolates chips if you like, but if you prefer the nuts ( walnuts, Hazelnut,) don’t forget to roasted to get an amazing test.

    Add the eggs ( room temperature) and sugar and vanilla sugar to the mashed banana and mix well, then add the softened or melted butter and mix well. If you use melted butter make sure it not too hot when you add it to the mixture, we don’t need to cook the egg.

    Pour the bread mixture in loaf ban ( don’t forget to grease your ban with butter) And wbe bake it for 60 minutes in preheated oven (175).
