green zucchinis
2 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup breadcrumb
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1½ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp salt

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees (F), Line baking sheet with parchment paper

    • green zucchinis

    Cut zucchini lengthwise into wedges (about 4 wedges per zucchini), place in bowl

    • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
    • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

    Pour olive oil over zucchini, add garlic. Mix with hands, coating zucchini

    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • ½ cup breadcrumb
    • 1½ tsp cayenne pepper
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp pepper

    Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a bowl

    Coat zucchini wedges into breading mixture. Place in a single layer onto baking sheet

    Bake on top rack for about 15 minutes

    Switch oven to broil setting. Broil for 4 minutes or until golden brown.
