Bacon-wrapped stuffed mushrooms

Too much cheese and bacon? Never.
- 6 button mushrooms
- 6 tsp shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 pinches thyme
Carefully clean the button mushrooms and remove the stems. Fill each mushroom with approximately one tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with a pinch of thyme.

- 12 slices bacon
- toothpick (optional)
Firmly wrap each stuffed mushroom with two slices of bacon. If necessary, the bacon can be secured with a small toothpick.
Step 3/3
- frying pan
Sear the bacon-wrapped mushrooms in a frying pan on all sides until the bacon is crispy and golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
