Ingredients

250 g
spaghetti
1 cloves
garlic
1
limes
sprigs
basil

chili

Parmesan cheese
olive oil

    Dice the avodadoes into thumb sized chunks, Somero can be smaller so they will squash.

  • Step 2/6

    • 250 g spaghetti
    • olive oil
    • salt
    • kettle

    Boil the pasta on well salted water and add good splash of olive oil to cooking water.

  • Step 3/6

    • 1 cloves garlic
    • ½ chili

    Finely chop the garlic and chili and combine them in a bowl with the avocadoes.

  • Step 4/6

    • 1 limes
    • sprigs basil

    Half the limes and squeeze the juice to same bowl with the other ingredients. Take the basil leaves and chop them a bit and combine with the others.

  • Step 5/6

    • 30 g Parmesan cheese

    Grate the parmesan and throw in the same bowl. Min them up a bit.

  • Step 6/6

    When the pasta is done take about 1...1,5 dl of boiling water and mix in with other ingredients. Finally, add in the spaghetti. Enjoy!
