Mix the flour,butter,sugar and water to form a dough. After mixing keep it in the refrigerator for about 10 mins.
For the filling mix diced apple, brown sugar , sugar and cinnamon stick to form a gooey texture.
After the filling is ready add 1 tsp corn flour and few drops of lemon juice as per taste.
Now take out the dough and roll it flat and keep it in the pie crust plate for baking now with a fork make holes in it
After the crust is about half ready remove it and add the filling. Cut out some shapes of the leftover dough and decorate on top of the filling.
Keep it to bake till ready.
Bake it at 200 degree Celsius for about 20 mins or till brown
