  • Step 1/4

    • 2 Granny Smith apples
    • ¼ tbsp ground cinnamon
    • ¼ tbsp sugar

Peel and cut apples into small squares and cook them until soft with water, 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp sugar. Leave aside.

  • Step 2/4

    • 30 g flour
    • 56¾ g butter (cool)
    • 50 g sugar
    • 31¼ g milk powder
    • ¼ tsp salt

Mix sugar, flour, salt and milk powder. Then add butter and mix with hands until you get a sand-like texture.

  • Step 3/4

Use half of the flour mix to cover a pie dish and softly press it down. Cook for 6-8 minutes at 350.

  • Step 4/4

Add apple mixture to the pie dish and then use the rest of the flour mix to cover the apples, sprinkling it on top (don’t press it down). Bake for 10 minutes at 350 or until golden brown.
