6 tbsp Flaked oatmeal
eggs
apples
3 tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp coconut oil
1 tsp poppy seed
½ lemon juice

    Mix ingredients

  • Step 2/5

    • apples
    • 3 tsp Cinnamon powder
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • ½ tsp coconut oil
    • ½ lemon juice
    • baking pan

    Cutting apples into slices and put coconut oil on the pan with apples, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice for 5 minutes
