45 ml milk
egg
⅛ tsp salt
42 g sugar
64 g flour
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder

    • ¼ tsp baking soda
    • ¼ tsp baking powder
    • wooden spoon

    Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon making sure the ingredients a throughly combined.

    • 42 g sugar
    • 45 ml milk

    Mix milk, an egg, salt and sugar in a metal steel bowl using either an electric or hand held whisk. Make sure it is throughly mixed yet be careful not to over-mix. You will know if you over mix of the batter starts to get frothy.

    Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients in the steel bowl. Mix until well combined.

    Put a skillet on the stove and add either butter or oil onto the pan. Once the pan is warm you can pour any amount of the pancake mixture onto the skillet and once bubbles appear you can flip the pancake. You can add chocolate chips or fruit at this point.

    Once you’ve finished making all of them serve them or place them in the microwave to warm up again. Prepare with fruits and syrups.
