Grated carrots
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
ground cinnamon1 cup
Crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
Vanilla

cream cheese½ cup
butter1½ cups
confectioner’s sugar

9x13 pan
Step 1/6
Preheat oven to 350*
Step 2/6
- 2 cups sugar
- 1¼ cups oil
- 4 eggs
Beat eggs. Add oil and sugar, Mix well.
Step 3/6
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups Grated carrots
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
In another bowl place ALL dry ingredients, and carrots.
Step 4/6
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients. Then add pineapple.
Step 5/6
Bake at 350* for at least 40 min.

- 9x13 pan
For Icing - whip cream cheese, vanilla, butter and icing sugar. (Icing sugar is a cup to a cup and a hlf, add as needed for taste)
