Air Fried Baked Potatoes

Step 1/5
- 2 potatoes
First wash the potatoes gently then dry them with a towel then take off any stems if necessary.

- 1¼ tbsp vegetable oil
- pastry brush
Coat the potatoes with a thin layer of vegetable oil or any other organic oils you have

- 1 tsp hot paprika powder
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp dried Italian herb
Next, season the potatoes with paprika, salt, Italian herbs and onion/ garlic powder (not necessary)

When your potatoes are seasoned, take a fork and pierced the potatoes then place them in the air fryer for 40 minutes in 400 degrees (200 celsius)
Step 5/5
When the 40 minutes is over, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and cut them in half. If desired add parsley and sour cream
