“This is my favorite smoothie bowl to have for breakfast or a quick afternoon snack. It is super easy and quick to make. Not only does it taste amazing, but it’s healthy too! Enjoy.”

Ingredients

banana (ripe)
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen mango
3½ oz frozen acai purée
2 tbsp peanut powder
¼ cup ice
granola (to top)
shredded coconut (to top)
strawberries (to top)
honey (to drizzle on top)
  • Step 1/2

    • banana (ripe)
    • 1 cup frozen strawberries
    • ½ cup frozen mango
    • 3½ oz frozen acai purée
    • 2 tbsp peanut powder
    • ¼ cup ice

    Add the banana, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, frozen açaí purée, peanut powder, and ice to a blender. Blend on high and stir occasionally.

    • shredded coconut (to top)
    • strawberries (to top)
    • honey (to drizzle on top)

    Top with granola, shredded coconut, and strawberries. Drizzle the honey overtop.
