“I saw two crumble recipes on kitchen stories. And because I didn’t have all the ingredients, I mixed the two recipes! Hope you all like it!!! It was inspired by Devan Grimarud and Mengting.”

Ingredients

700 g mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
200 g flour
50 g oats
125 g butter
125 g sugar
5 g vanilla sugar
orange for zest and half of it for juice
lemon for zest and half of it for juice
1 tbsp sugar

    Preheat the oven at 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, add flour, oats, sugar and vanilla.

    Zest the lemon and orange into the large bowl. Then keep the lemon and orange aside (we’re going to need it)

    With clean hands, mix the crumble topping.

    Wash the frozen or fresh berries and put into a baking dish. I used a (20x20cm). Then add the tbsp of sugar, juice half the lemon and orange (that we’ve put aside) Mix the mixture carefully.
