- 15⅓ g salted butter
- 16⅔ g flour
- 5⅝ g caster sugar

In a medium bowl, mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the flour and mix until well combined.

Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge for 1 hour

After 1 hour, roll out the dough and cut into your desired shapes.

Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Transfer the cookies to the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
