"I love braised cucumbers! This classic German recipe is a favorite among Omas and Opas across the country, and for good reason. The stewed cucumbers become soft and slightly sweet, and are paired with mustard, cream, and seasoned minced beef, for a dish that is comforting without being overly heavy."
