- 60 g flour
- 30 g full-fat Greek yogurt
Combine flour in a bowl and add yogurt gradually.
Keep mixing until it forms a dough and begin to knead it.
Divide dough into 10 balls.
- 3 g flour
Using leftover flour thinly roll out each ball flat as possible.
Dry-fry each flatbread for 3-4 minutes each side (or until cooked) on a medium heat.
