• 5.5 oz white chocolate, melted and brought to room temperature
• 2 cups cream cheese, room temperature
• 0.5 cup sugar
• 1 cup heavy or thickened cream
• 1/4 tsp red food coloring
• 1 vanilla bean
• white chocolate shavings for garnish
