"My daddy always makes these Yorkshire puddings for when we have Sunday lunches and Christmas dinners. They are so delicious and so easy to make and I am an absolute Yorkshire pudding fan! Have a go at this English crowd pleaser!"

Ingredients

23⅓ g
plain flour
eggs
33⅓ ml
milk
a pinch of pepper for seasoning
a pinch of salt for seasoning
vegetable oil

  • Step 1/4

    preheat the oven to 200 degrees and when it's ready, add the oil into your muffin tray about 1cm thick. Then, stick it in the oven for the oil to heat up.

    • 23⅓ g plain flour
    • eggs
    • 33⅓ ml milk
    • whisk

    mix the flour and the egg before slowly adding the milk to the mixture.

  • Step 3/4

    • a pinch of pepper for seasoning
    • a pinch of salt for seasoning

    add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper into the mixture

  • Step 4/4

    Finally, add the mixture to the oil so each part of the tray is about 2 thirds full before putting the tray into the oven for 20 minutes.
