200 g spaghetti
mixed tomatoes
250 g avocadoes
50 g almonds
50 ml oil
lemon
salt
pepper
  • Step 1/4

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and peel it with a knife.

  • Step 2/4

    Cut the avocado into small pieces and put it in the mixer; add the almonds, lemon juice and a few pieces of zest. Combine three tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper and blend everything until you get a cream.

  • Step 3/4

    Put the cream in a small bowl and add a drizzle of oil. Meanwhile, boil the wholemeal spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Cut the dried tomatoes into not too small pieces.

  • Step 4/4

    Drain the spaghetti, add the avocado cream, the tomatoes, mix and serve!
