Very Berry Acai Bowl

Step 1/2
- 200 g acai purée
- ½ acai purée
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 8 tbsp mixed berries (frozen)
- 100 ml almond milk
- 2 tsp honey

Blend the Acai purée, frozen banana, avocado, frozen berries, honey, and almond milk together.
Step 2/2
- 1 banana (for garnish)
- 4 strawberries (for garnish)
- 4 tbsp granola (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flake (for garnish)
Once fully blended, place the mixture in a serving bowl and garnish with banana, strawberries, granola, coconut flakes, or any other toppings you like! You could put peanut butter, chia seeds, other fruits, or nuts (walnuts are my favorite)
