Ingredients

100 g acai purée
¼ avocado
½ banana (frozen)
4 tbsp mixed berries (frozen)
50 ml almond milk
½ banana (for garnish)
strawberries (for garnish)
2 tbsp granola (for garnish)
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flake (for garnish)
1 tsp honey

Utensils

  • Step 1/2

    • 100 g acai purée
    • ¼ acai purée
    • ½ banana (frozen)
    • 4 tbsp mixed berries (frozen)
    • 50 ml almond milk
    • 1 tsp honey
    • blender

    Blend the Acai purée, frozen banana, avocado, frozen berries, honey, and almond milk together.

    • ½ banana (for garnish)
    • strawberries (for garnish)
    • 2 tbsp granola (for garnish)
    • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flake (for garnish)

    Once fully blended, place the mixture in a serving bowl and garnish with banana, strawberries, granola, coconut flakes, or any other toppings you like! You could put peanut butter, chia seeds, other fruits, or nuts (walnuts are my favorite)
