Cut the vegetables in chunks. Heat up some oil and fry the vegetables for about 1 minute. (If you use kucharek, season the veggies with it)
Pour in the broth and cover it. Simmer for 25-30 minutes
Blend the soup and season well. 1tsp of tumeric should be enough. If you like you can garnish the soup with some parsley. You can serve some nice bread or chicken skewers to this soup.
