“I’m doing my best to convert to veganism and I realised how much I’d miss pizzas! I saw how much the cost in the stores and was horrified, so me and my boyfriend thought “why not make one?” Pineapple on pizza, I know controversial, and lazy of us to not make our own pizza bases but that’s uni students for you 😂🌱”

Ingredients

flour (for dusting)
flour (for sprinkling)
1 bag Jus-rol pizza sourdough
2 dashes Homemade tomato sauce
⅛ package Applewood vegan cheese
1 scoop sweet corn (cooked, for sprinkling)
3 slices Vegan bacon
2 slices canned pineapple rings
1 dash Vegan cheese (again)
basil (for garnish)

  • cooking spoon
  • 2 box graters
  • Step 1/10

    Preheat oven at fan 180°C

  • Step 2/10

    • flour (for dusting)

    Dust baking tray with flour

  • Step 3/10

    Transfer base to the tray

  • Step 4/10

    • 1 bag Jus-rol pizza sourdough
    • flour (for sprinkling)

    Sprinkle flour over hands and side then stretch pizza dough as instructed

  • Step 5/10

    • 2 dashes Homemade tomato sauce
    • cooking spoon

    Put on tomato sauce, a light coating. (use as much as necessary), leaving some room for crust

  • Step 6/10

    • ⅛ package Applewood vegan cheese
    • box grater

    Grate cheese and put on a light amount

  • Step 7/10

    • 1 scoop sweet corn (cooked, for sprinkling)
    • 3 slices Vegan bacon
    • 2 slices canned pineapple rings

    Put on toppings (whatever you’d like)

  • Step 8/10

    • 1 dash Vegan cheese (again)
    • box grater

    A little more cheese on top

  • Step 9/10

    Put in oven and wait 20-25

  • Step 10/10

    • basil (for garnish)

    Pop on the basil, cut up and enjoy!🤤
