"I love this recipe so much, because it is healthy! (even with the sugar) Quick tip, I used brown sugar instead of coconut palm sugar to give it a little bit more taste. And of course you can use less cinnamon or none if you’re not a fan. Hope you like the recipe ;)"

Ingredients

2Pieces
21¼ g

brown sugar
28⅛ ml
almond milk
g
unsweetened applesauce
tbsp
coconut oil or any other neutral flavor oil
tsp
vanilla extract (or vanilla sugar)
g
chopped almonds
g
dried raisins or any other dried fruit
  • Step 1/7

Preheat the oven at 350F/180C for 15 minutes. Line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper

  • Step 2/7

    • 21¼ g flour
    • 27½ g rolled oats
    • ¼ tsp baking powder
    • tsp ground cinnamon
    • tsp salt
    • g brown sugar

In a large bowl mix all the following ingredients (the dry ones)

  • Step 3/7

    • 28⅛ ml almond milk
    • g unsweetened applesauce
    • tbsp coconut oil or any other neutral flavor oil
    • tsp vanilla extract (or vanilla sugar)

In another bowl, mix all the “wet” ingredients.

  • Step 4/7

Pour the wet ingredients over the flour, mix it.

  • Step 5/7

    • ¼ apples
    • g dried raisins or any other dried fruit
    • g chopped almonds

Cut the apples in small cubes, then add it to the mix with the other ingredients. You don’t want your dough to be liquid, if it is add some more oats, and a little bit of flour. It should be a little sticky...

  • Step 6/7

Then scoop out a 1/4 cup of dough for each cookie, and add it on the baking sheet, 2 inches / 5 centimeters apart.

  • Step 7/7

Let it bake for 15-17 minutes, you want it to be a little bit gold, and for it no to stick the baking sheet. Then let it cool, and ENJOY!!
