- 58â g butter
- 58â g caster sugar
- 1 eggs
- 58â g flour
- â tsp baking powder
- â tsp vanilla extract
- â pinch salt

Heat oven to gas mark 4. Next,lightly grease baking tin with some butter or margarine. After this mix butter and flour together adding 2 eggs one at a time. Finally add in the sugar,baking powder,vanilla extract and pinch of salt u till all smoothly mixed together in a browny caramel colour and donât forget to add the last egg to the mixture. Evenly pour the mixture into the baking tin and put it into the oven. To check if it is all thoroughly cooked poke a skewer and it should come out clean.đđđ»
