50 g Valerian Salad
½ head grapefruit
20 g walnuts
40 g Gorgonzola cheese
80 g figs
80 g Prickly pear

    • 50 g Valerian Salad
    • ½ head grapefruit

    Add the valerian into a bowl, squeeze the grapefruit over the salad and mix.

    • 40 g Gorgonzola cheese
    • 80 g figs
    • 80 g Prickly pear
    • knife

    Cut the cheese in small cubes and the fruits in quarters.

    • 20 g walnuts

    Mix the salad with all the ingredients and enjoy your fresh salad.
