Place the figs in a bowl, pour over hot water to cover and wait 5-10 until they soften.
Remove the stems and chop the figs
Pour all milk (or half milk & half double cream) into a saucepan. Add honey and cinnamon.
Warm up the mixture until bubbles appear. Do not boil! Turn off the hob
Add chopped figs and smoothen the mixture with a hand blender.
Divide among 3-4 serving bowls, cover top with cling film and a tea towel. Let it cool down for 2 hours in room temperature.
Move bowls to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 more hours
Garnish with roasted almond flakes. Alternatively, you can use pistachios, pomegranates, sliced figs, etc.
