chili flakes200 g
pasta
25 g
Parmesan cheese1 tsp
truffle oil
Step 1/4
- 200 g pasta
Boil pasta in saltes water
Step 2/4
- 1½ shallots
- 1½ cloves garlic
Chop onions and garlic and fry in a pan
Step 3/4
- 250 ml cream
- ½ tsp chili flakes
Add cream to the pan and some pasta water. Add some salt, pepper and chili.
Step 4/4
- 75 g cherry tomatoes
- 25 g Parmesan cheese
Once the pasta is done cooking, add it to the pan. Add parmesan cheese and some halfed tomatos. Spice it up with some drops of truffle oil. Stir a bit and then done!
