Preheat the oven to 220 C° (430 °F) top & bottom heat. Add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, feta cheese and chili (to taste) to a baking tray. Season with salt and cover with a dash of olive oil.
Insert the baking tray into the oven and bake for 30 minutes until lightly brown.
Weigh your favorite pasta ❤️ and cook it so that it is ready about two minutes after your sauce.
Take you baking tray from the oven and add a dash of pasta water from your cooking pasta. Mix the mixture crushing your tomato’s to prepare your sauce.
Add your boiled pasta to your pasta sauce and stir well. Season with a grind of pepper and garnish with fresh basil.
