The Mushroom Scrambled Eggs

- 700 g oyster mushroom
Boil som water and put oyster mushroom inside(wash the mushroom beforehand).

Take the mushroom out of the water and put them aside.

Whip eggs in a bowl and add a little water(this can make your scrambled eggs more tender～(￣▽￣～)~)

- 2 eggs
Pour some oil in the pan then scramble the eggs until they're golden.
Step 5/ 8
Pour the scrambled eggs in a bowl and begin to fry mushroom for about 3 minutes.You can add salt,oyster sauce and soy sauce as you like.

When the mushroom is almost ready,put scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix them together.Fry the ingredients for about 2 more minutes.

Pour the mushroom scrambled eggs in a place and decorate your dish with chopped shallot.Now they can be served to the table!
