Graved-Style seaweed salad from OCEANFRUIT

sweet potatoes
1 cup
vegan yoghurt or cream cheese
2 tbsp
pumpkin seeds (for garnish)
1 tbsp
dill (for garnish)
salt
pepper
Step 1/4
- 2 sweet potatoes
Preheat a fan oven to 200 °C. Once up to temperature, prick the sweet potatoes a few times with a fork, then put in the oven and bake or around 30 minutes. (Exact baking time will depend on the size of the potatoes.)
Step 2/4
- 1 cup vegan yoghurt or cream cheese
- salt
- pepper
Season the yoghurt/cream cheese with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3/4
- 100 g Graved-Style seaweed salad from OCEANFRUIT
Once the potatoes are cooked, cut in half lengthways with a knife. Spoon the yoghurt/cream cheese mix on top and put half a glass of OCEANFRUIT Graved-Style seaweed salad on each serving.
Step 4/4
- 1 tbsp dill (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (for garnish)
Finely chop the dill then use it to garnish the dish along with the pumpkin seeds. Grab a spoon and dig in!
