    Crack eggs into a medium sized bowl, then add milk, flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk the mix until completely homogeneous.

    Use a ladle to scoop the mix into a measuring cup or small pitcher

    Add muffin papers to a muffin pan, then pour the mix in via the small pitcher. Add flavor separately to the egg bites.

    Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, then put the muffin pan containing the batter in and cook for 25 minutes.

    After you take the egg bites out of the oven, poke a toothpick in the middle of an egg bite, if it comes out with visible batter on it, cook the egg bites for 5 more minutes. If it comes out clean, let the egg bites sit for 2 minutes, then enjoy!
