Stir-fried chicken with soy sauce and rice
- 1 red onion
Cut your red onion into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
- 4 cloves garlic
Cut your 4 garlic cloves into small pieces and add them to your red onions.
- 1 leek
Add some pepper and your leek to the mixture and mix well.
- 2 slices Chicken
Cut your two slices of chicken into cubes and place them in a separate bowl.
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- chili (optional)
To prepare your soy sauce : pour 3 tablespoons of the sauce into a small container, add some chilli if you wish to spice up the sauce and mix well. Add some pepper as well.
Cook your rice.
Pour a little vegetable oil into a saucepan, heat it up and cook your chicken until it’s golden brown. Then set them aside in a dish.
In the same pan, brown your vegetable mixture over low heat.
Add your chicken again, fry it for a few seconds and then pour in your soy sauce and mix it all together.
Serve in a bowl with your rice. Enjoy!
