Ingredients

kiwi
¼ mango (frozen)
¼ peach (frozen)
strawberries (frozen)
¼ pineapple (frozen)
75 ml orange juice
100 ml coconut yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Step 1/5

    • banana
    • kiwi

    -Cut the banana, kiwi into small pieces/slices

  • Step 2/5

    • ¼ mango (frozen)
    • ¼ peach (frozen)
    • strawberries (frozen)
    • ¼ pineapple (frozen)

    Throw all the frozen fruits to the blender (strawberries,mango,pineapple,peach)

  • Step 3/5

    • 75 ml orange juice

    Pour the orange juice to the blender

  • Step 4/5

    • 100 ml coconut yogurt

    Pour the coconut yogurt into the blender

  • Step 5/5

    • 2 tbsp chia seeds

    Add chia seeds (2 tbsp)
