Cut the zucchini in small cubes.
Heat some olive oil in a medium large pan together with a garlic clove. Put the zucchini in the pan and add salt, pepper and thyme. Stir often and let it cook for 15 minutes at low heat while the water starts boiling.
After the water starts boiling, drop the pasta and let it cook for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile, remove and discard the garlic from the zucchini, put them in a mixer, add the cream and the drops of Tabasco. Blend everything to create a fine sauce.
Finally, add the sauce the the pasta and serve it with some Parmesan cheese and thyme on top.
