370 g canned tuna (drained)
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
15 g cilantro
70 g non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 leaves butterhead lettuce
2 cup carrots
avocado (ripe)

    • 370 g canned tuna (drained)

    Drain liquid from canned tuna.

    Combine sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, cilantro, yogurt, and mayonnaise with tuna.
    • 1 tbsp Sriracha
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp lime juice
    • 70 g non-fat Greek yogurt
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 15 g cilantro

    Combine sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, cilantro, yogurt, and mayonnaise with tuna.

    • 2 cup carrots
    • avocado (ripe)

    Assemble wraps by placing tuna, carrots (we recommend matchstick carrots), and avocado into lettuce.
