Cook rice (time it so it finishes approx. at the same time as the other food)
Cut chicken to small strips and cook until light brown. Then and add some of the spices and mix well
Chop and brown garlic and onions with a little bit of oil in pan, then add them to the chicken
Add coconut milk and smashed tomatoes to the pan with the chicken and onions
Add brocolli and carrots and mix in spices until you are happy with the taste (add hot sauce if you want it more spicy)
Let it cook for a while until the broccoli and carrots have a good texture and enjoy
