4 medium apples
50 g sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
250 g flour
125 g cold butter
50 g sugar (for breading)
pinch of salt

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

  • Step 2/8

    • 4 medium apples

    prepare the fruit by peeling and chopping into even pieces

  • Step 3/8

    • 50 g sugar
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

    place apples in pan with 50 g of sugar and cinnamon stir gently until softened

  • Step 4/8

    • 250 g flour
    • 125 g cold butter
    • pinch of salt

    meanwhile, Rob flour salt and Cole butter together to form a breadcrumb

  • Step 5/8

    • 50 g sugar (for breading)

    sweeten the bread crumb with 50 g of sugar and mix together

    layer of the bread crumb and apples in a baking tin loosely 

  • Step 7/8

    • eggs

    beat eggs well and top crumble with egg evenly

    Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown
