Shrimp Spinach Pasta
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
Marinate shrimp with salt and pepper. Wait for an hour. During this time, boil the pasta for 20 minutes and drain it. And set aside.
- 350 g Shrimp
- 2½ cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Heat the oil in a deep pan and pour the grated garlic. Add the shrimp and fry for 4-5 minutes until it turns pink. Then take out the shrimp and put it aside.
- 1½ Cups fresh chopped spinach
- ½ Little Onion(chopped)
Put the chopped spinach and onion in the same pan and fry until the onion is soft.
- 100 g Heavy cream
Then add the cream and bring to a boil.
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ½ Cup Parmesan cheese powder
- ¼ Cup chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp Pul biber or aleppo pepper (optional)
Now add Parmesan cheese powder, butter, salt, pul biber pepper(optional) and stir.
Then add shrimp and parsley.
- 200 g Pasta
Now add the drained pasta to the mixture.Enjoy it!
