- 32 oz noodles
- 4 tsp sesame oil
Put noodles into boiling water. Cook until the water boils again. Take out the noodles and mix them with sesame oil.
- 10 g salt
- 40 g sugar
- 2 fl oz soy sauce
Mix soy sauce, sugar, salt, and water in a bowl.
Chop the scallions into 2 inch long segments.
- 2 fl oz oil
- 6 heads scallions (for frying)
Heat the oil and fry the chopped scallions until they turn a little yellow.
Pour the mixed sauce into the scallion pot. Boil until they turn brown.
Pour the scallion sauce on the noodles. Add some sesame seeds to decorate.
