    • 2 bananas
    • 1 egg
    • 50 g brown sugar
    • hand mixer with beaters (optional)

    peel the banana and cut them into pieces. Whisk them a little then add sugar and whisk again. After sometime add your egg and keep on whisking

  • Step 2/3

    • 100 g cornflour
    • 20 g whole-wheat flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • tsp salt

    Add the pre mixed dry ingredient then mix until well combined.

  • Step 3/3

    • ½ cooking oil

    Add your oil and mix again. Pour your mixture into a greased and flour coated pan. Put your pan on a preheated oven and wait until it's done.
