“This egg dish is specially great for weekend breakfast or brunch, or a unique evening meal. It fills you up and also provides the protein needed for your body. The best eggs for poaching are the freshest eggs you can find. Both sandwiches are so delicious, I’d call it one of life’s simplest pleasures.”

    Peel the shrimps. Pour olive oil into a preheated pan, fry the shrimps on both sides, season with salt and sprinkle them with Provencal herbs. Fry for 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp are ready.

    Break the egg gently into a small bowl. Fill a large saucepan with water, add the vinegar, salt and bring to a hard boil over a high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat so the water is simmering, then use a wooden spoon to swirl the water into a whirlpool. Pour the egg from the bowl into this whirlpool and cook for 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
